I have grown Gould Estate Agents upon the foundation of helping others!

I love working in the Real Estate industry, working with my fantastic clients, and supporting them with all their buying, selling, and investing needs and I pride myself on service!

 Now, the pace has picked up, I need someone to take care of the back end of the business for me so I can stay in close contact with our clients.

 All about you: 

• Have a minimum 1-year experience in the Real Estate industry. 
• Be fluent with Queensland contracts. 
• Have  a current Queensland Real Estate Sales Certificate 
• Be computer savvy.
• You hold good conversations with people.
• Can handle busy times like a boss.
• Anticipate what I need before I do!
• Be able to get the job done!
• Manage the process of listing and selling homes without any hitches.
• Be able to maintain our service levels by attending to the enquiries we get daily
•  with no enquiry missed.
• Attend private inspections.
• Be able to prospect potential vendors and buyers.

 What we will give you:

• 10 years’ experience in 1 year. 
• Buyers’ assistant experience in real estate.
• Work with our amazing client database.

• The ability to further your selling and negotiating skills.

• Company phone and laptop
• Use of company vehicles when you are on the road with our clients.

 Your key duties will include:

•  Part sales
• Part  admin 
• Part prospecting.

This role is very task driven based on process and needs articulation and accuracy.

It will also require someone with the right attitude and a passion to succeed in the Real Estate Industry. 

Please note this role will require flexibility and the ability to work after hours and Saturdays. 

This is a salaried position and will have the opportunity to grow in remuneration with a future performance-based commission structure for the right candidate.
